Rebelscum.com (sometimes called RS) is a fan-run Star Wars collecting website that was founded in 1996. It and its sister site TheForce.Net are run by Philip Wise, who also runs the Star Wars autograph licensee Official Pix.
The ForceCast Forums are hosted on Rebelscum's forums.
